Unfortunately, at this time we cannot offer advances for publishing contracts. We do hope this changes in the future.

Authors are paid on a 50/50 profit sharing model, which means they receive 50% of all profit from their book after publishing costs have been recouped.

This is, unfortunately, something that comes up quite often in the disabled community. Many people feel like (or have been told) they're not "disabled enough" to be considered disabled. As far as we're concerned, a disability is any medical condition (physical or otherwise) that impacts your ability to function in and/or interact with the world around you.

Absolutely not!

No! We do offer many hired services that anyone can purchase, but we are not a vanity press. If we offer you a publishing contract for your manuscript, you will not be asked to pay for our services.

Expect to hear back about your manuscript submission within 4-6 weeks. We respond to every submission received, so if you haven't heard back within 6 weeks feel free to send a follow-up e-mail.

Though some people may receive feedback explaining why their manuscript was rejected, unfortunately we cannot provide feedback on every manuscript received. We would love to be able to offer a personal and detailed response for every rejected manuscript, but there simply isn't enough time in the day. 

Absolutely!

If you received a rejection without any personal feedback, you may resubmit your manuscript three months after receiving your rejection.

If you did receive personal feedback with your rejection, and if you choose to make changes to your manuscript according to that feedback, you may resubmit as soon as those changes are made.

If you receive a rejection letter that specifically explains your manuscript is not a good fit for us in general, we ask that you please not resubmit this manuscript to us in the future.

Yes! While we do ask that you only submit one manuscript at a time and wait for a response before submitting the next one, you are welcome to submit a different manuscript as soon as you like after receiving a response for the first.
